Job Position: Demi Chef for Hot Kitchen

Job Context

• Sound previous experience preferably at kitchen
• Self-motivated, proactive and guest focused team player
• Well groomed and healthy
• Excellent service mind & well team work

Job Description / Responsibility

• Meet and exceed customer and team member expectations by providing Yes I Can! Service and teamwork.
• Co-ordinates all hot and cold food preparation including banquets when necessary
• Prepares sauces, soups and hot entrees for service and special functions ensuring that all stations are set for forecasted covers
• Assists personnel in checking all cookers and storage areas for cleanliness, quantity, and quality of food products.
• Adheres to hotel policies and procedures.

SSC, HSC, Diploma in Hotel Management in Culinary
