Job Description / Responsibility

• Oversee all administrative & official work in the office.
• Screening telephone calls, enquiries & requests.
• Assist in activities related to the various meetings.
• Keeping track of routine work and act accordingly.
• Fix appointment and maintain liaison with internal/external contacts.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Coordinate with Management to execute any assignment.
• Any other job as and when required.

Job Requirements

• 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in a Bank/NBFI/MNC or large Corporate body.

• Good communication skills.
• Good knowledge of computer and internet.
• Fluent in English and Bangla.
• Pleasant personality.
