Job Position: Research & Development Executive

Job Description / Responsibility

Handling the research and product development jobs for world-class textiles and fashion products with high knowledge of European & US/Canada Markets.
Ensure the timely and successful research and development of products in line with the customers’ requirements.
Plan and carry out product development functions in a way that ensures solid profitability and helps increase Company’s market share as well as value.
Researching latest fashion directions & trends in the market and competitor activities
Assembling seasonal forecasts and creating products to feed the demand
Identify target markets for product development, looking at factors such as age, gender and socioeconomic status
Review fashion magazines and manuals in order to gather information about fashion trends.
