At Meena Bazar, we take pride of our Human Resources, which differentiate us from others. To meet our current business expansion plan, we require qualified individual in the following positions:

Position 01: Assistant Manager, E-Commerce Operations

The incumbent will report to the Manager, E-Commerce of Meena Bazar. S/he will be responsible for:

Analyzing visitor behavior to inform development priorities to increase conversion rates.
Finding new business opportunities in different sectors.
Recommending improvements based on best practice and testing the website.
Reviewing competitive websites in terms of product range, marketing initiatives including functionality & customer offerings.
Ensuring timely responses for generated web orders.
Getting reports on customer satisfaction and follow up.
Coordinate with outlets regarding the web orders.
Managing the overall call center solution and giving special service to customer when required.
Managing good relationships with partners and agencies.

Requirements:

Graduate in Business/ MIS/ IT from a recognized University.
2-3 years job experience in related functions.
Expert user of Google universal analytics, search engine optimization & digital marketing.
Frame work and CMS.
Must be affluent in communication with internal & external sources.

Job location: At Head Office, Dhaka (local travel i.e. outside of Dhaka city & international travel is expected).

Position 02: Senior Executive, E-Commerce Operations

The incumbent will report to the Manager, E-Commerce of Meena Bazar. S/he will be responsible for:

Ensuring timely delivery by resolving delivery challenges.
Working closely with the delivery team to identify and resolve problems.
Coming up with cost effective ideas to meet the delivery challenges.
Keeping in touch with Outlet In-charges for product availability.
Ensuring all the products offered in the website are available in the store.
Identify fast moving products and source those demanded products.

Requirements:

Graduate in Business/ MIS/ IT from a recognized University.
At least 1years job experience in related functions.
Expert user of Google universal analytics, web tagging management & MS office package.
Frame work and CMS.
Must be affluent in communication with internal & external sources.

Job location: At Head Office, Dhaka (local travel i.e. outside of Dhaka city is expected).
